Very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. I took my time and was not made to feel rushed. In the end I got a nice upgrade on my eyeglasses that should take care of me for at least 5-6 years. Katie in the West Farms (CT) store provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly and helpful. She informed me of all the lens and insurance coverage options. She also had great follow-up. She had not only promised to call me the next day to collect some information I did not have on me at the time, but also gave me her contact information in case I needed to reach her.
