“I have used the services of UConn periodically over the last 3 decades, since before it became the mega machine it is today. It is a top hospital nationally for sure, and the treatments and care have vastly improved since the 80's. Despite this, UConn is still a mixed bag. Half of all experiences there, have been good, or have been horrible. I will however, be adding Dr. Feng and Nurse Cara to the "what's right with UConn" side of things. Dr. Feng is hand skilled and has a very confident, comforting demeanor, and Cara is exceptional for her age. I was nervous and she handled the pressure like a seasoned vet.
