I called his office to get preliminary information because I was concerned that one specific laser treatment may exacerbate an underlying skin condition (and didn’t want to take time off from work for an appointment). Sinead, who answered the phone, and Solo, the Cosmetics Coordinator, took the time to speak with me, called me back on more than one occasion to give follow-up answers to questions, and showed photos of my skin to Dr. Ibrahimi - who also took the time to determine up front if I was a candidate for the specific laser treatment.
