My (at the time 2 YO daughter) had surgery here for her eye misalignment. The doctor at the time was great. Surgery was a success. We knew going in that we needed to use glasses and follow up if we noticed any changes and the prescription would be adjusted and she would be monitored through her growth years. Fast forward to almost 3 YO and we are noticing some misalignment again (minor, although worsening). We make an appt for 3/6. We are told they have no surgeons anymore and just one doctor. Horrible place to go. Rockville hospital recommended them. I called and said i was going to be 10 mins late due to an unexpected accident on the highway and lady said it be fine im allowed 15 mins. I showed up exactly 14 mins late and im turned away. Waste of time driving 30 mins away. Save the headache!
Awful from day 1. Billing is always wrong, they never call when they say they will, we've gone for appointments only to find the doctor isn't there. They cancel our post-op follow ups. Terrible. Now trying to get our records so we can go to Hasbro instead - more failure. Haven't been sent in 3 months despite numerous follow ups. Do your children a favor and go somewhere else.
