Horrible place to go. Rockville hospital recommended them. I called and said i was going to be 10 mins late due to an unexpected accident on the highway and lady said it be fine im allowed 15 mins. I showed up exactly 14 mins late and im turned away. Waste of time driving 30 mins away. Save the headache!
Awful from day 1. Billing is always wrong, they never call when they say they will, we've gone for appointments only to find the doctor isn't there. They cancel our post-op follow ups. Terrible. Now trying to get our records so we can go to Hasbro instead - more failure. Haven't been sent in 3 months despite numerous follow ups. Do your children a favor and go somewhere else.
Please don’t go here for the sake of your babies. I can hardly come up with the right words for this review as I am so shocked and disappointed in this group. We took our little 3 month old here because she had a sudden onset of nystagmus. She received a very quick eye exam of maybe 5-10 minutes. They didn’t diagnose her with anything and said “hopefully it will go away” and sent us away with a follow up many weeks later. Not feeling right about it, I got a second opinion at Boston Children’s. A team of three people instantly diagnosed her with albinism and permanent nystagmus. They knew within seconds of looking at the opacity and connective tissue in her eyes....read full review
