I bought a Carrier HVAC system just 10 years ago. The first coil for the indoor unit went bad just after warranty ran out at just after 5 years, even though no one had lived in the house yet for the first 3 months which would have brought it in under the warranty period. After many phone calls and nothing, I finally had to write a letter to the top and they agreed to cover the parts of the new coil if I paid install. I did so and hoped this was a one time fluke. But sure enough, just about 4 years later to the day, the next coil sprung a leak on the back side u bends, again.After contacting company and writing letters, I was told nothing would be done and there was... read full review

Great overall company. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace business' faulty hvac system and got me back in operation in no time. Would recommend all of their services to anyone!
