What an amazing class! This was my first yoga nidra experience and I am definitely hooked. Evelyne was super lovely and broke down the whole process for us, and her words really resonated with me. Love this place...and the people! Great instructions, many options and a variety of styles, other offerings like Reiki and nutrition, friendly staff, convenient location. Love it! You will too!
I live in a different state, but I am so grateful to have found Yoga For Everybody, and I take classes online as often as possible. The teachers are healers, and going to a class provides an energy- and body- reset on the deepest level.
