“Jim and I began our relationship in 1993, or thereabouts, when I had one computer and found that I needed another computer and wanted them networked.
From there we built , I should say Jim built an entire system incorporating predictive dialing software, mailing integration software and billing and collections reporting.
As I envisioned a need Jim created software specific to my business needs.
Jim’s computing/programming development is only surpassed be his ability to see potential “hurdles” and avoid them before I knew they existed.
We were primarily a telemarketing company providing services to non profit organizations throughout Connecticut. Jim facilitated a smooth transition from telemarketing to mass mailing services for our clients enabling us to move forward and allowing us to reduce staffing while increasing our efficiency for our clients.
I retired in February 2026 and continue conversations with Jim to this day. From business associates we have become friends and I still value Jim’s insight as well as his high ethical standards and values .
