From there we built , I should say Jim built an entire system incorporating predictive dialing software, mailing integration software and billing and collections reporting.

I highly recommend Harrison Consulting. Mr. Souvlis is an extraordinarily gifted and dedicated computer programmer, professor, and software engineer. Mr. Souvlis created the ingenious IBEX medical practice billing program and accounting system. This practice management system synchronizes across all of my devices including other computers and smartphones, enabling me to schedule my appointments, enter my progress notes via dictation, writing, or typing and directly billing my medical insurance claims with a few clicks of a user-friendly interface. I am now able to quickly and accurately determine the medical billing balances for each of my clients. Although the system is easy to use, the staff responds quickly when I have medical billing and IT questions and provides an unparalleled level of support that has enabled me to rapidly resolve occasional questions. Thanks to Harrison Consulting and the IBEX practice management program, I can focus on treatment, further develop my private psychotherapy practice, and save precious time and money. Mr. Souvlis has a rare talent. I am truly grateful for his help, ongoing support, and the amazing IBEX medical billing software program.
