My computer was posting pop ups saying it had a gazillion viruses!! In one hour, my computer was fixed and perfect. The team is kind and competent. I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%
I chose the tech team because of their reviews, I wasn't disappointed. I brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging. They suggested I buy a new charger, and a new charging port in case the charger didn't resolve the issue. Great advice, at no cost. The new power adapter didn't work, so they replaced the charging port. My very expensive laptop now works like new. I couldn't be happier, and couldn't be more enthusiastic in my recommendation of the tech team. They are honest, thoroughly decent, and very knowledgeable.
Had an iphone 13 that had an internal speaker issue. Attempted to use my phone insurance and found out that I would get a replacement 13 or 14 and have to pay $279 plus tax. When deciding whether or not to trade in this phone for a newer model, AT&T in Fairfield, an amazing operation in itself, suggesting I bring my phone to the Tech Team. I am extremely happy that I did. John at the shop was extremely helpful, ordered the part and said he would call the next day. He called, I brought my phone in and in an hour it was fixed.
