I just want to share my experience today, my lens popped out of the frame today and the gentleman there fixed it for me and didn’t charge me even though I hadn’t bought the glasses there. This is the type of kindness that earns respect and loyalty. I’m going back there this weekend to buy a new pair of glasses from specs.
Terrific experience at Spec. I came in broken glasses frames as a walk-in and left ten minutes later with them fixed. Service was quick, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys
I managed to break my glasses in half, and was frantically trying to glue them together. Naturally, this wasn't working, and I legally need my glasses for work. So I was panicking.
I show up at their store with no warning barely before closing time, and in mere minutes I had loaner frames that fit my lenses, and new frames on order. Absolutely fantastic and friendly service.
