Soapbox Laundry is a clean and well-maintained place with a nice and helpful staff who take pride in the business. Customers have been coming for years and find the owner and staff very helpful and attentive. Sometimes a machine or two is out of order or it gets crowded, but they are getting new machines soon. The washers are a little expensive for the area and run for a short time, and the appearance could be freshened up, but overall it is a reliable spot.
Had a great experience in this laundromat. Been here quite a few times actually. Was really impressed that on a holiday, the owner of the business was working, but gave his employees the day off. Unusual in this day and age. Everything in there is clean and neat. The equipment is always functioning. And the owner anticipates any needs of the customers keeping a watchful eye in case anybody needs help. Really positive experience and impressed by a guy who knows how to run a business. I’ve been coming here for years and find the owner and all his staff very helpful and attentive whenever I have any questions or issues. Most of my problems are simply user error so I appreciate their patience with me. Sometimes there is a machine or two that are out of order but they said they will be getting all new machines soon so I’m excited about that.

Been coming here for a few years now. Once in a while a machine or two is down or it’s crowded but other than that never had any issues. The owner has a hard business to run, gotta remember the over head is extremely high, repair men are few and far between, and good help is good to come by… and the help he’s got are very helpful.
