Every time I go in during the week, the woman working there is ALWAYS on her phone! She has it on speaker and both her & the other person yell! It’s so frustrating! She’s eating while cleaning clothes! So very rude!

I’ve been coming here year. I got a large load of laundry that smelled sour and they gave me a hard time about redoing i it so I’ve had to find a new place to get my clothes washed

One of the dryer wasn't working after I've stuck 4 quarters (32 minutes) to dry one hoodie and my hoodie came out still wet. Told this big lady about it and she said "the dryer is warm and you got a hoodies that take longer" she doesn't know what she talking about because I've dry 5 hoodies before with the same amount of quarters and all of them came out dry and hot. They need to fix these machines or something. Avoid using dryer #16
