He always kept us informed, and worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make it as easy as possible. We had a basement flood late at night and called PuroClean of Fairfield. Francis showed up quickly and got right to work on the water extraction and flood cleanup.
It was definitely a stressful situation, especially with a newborn at home, but once he was there everything felt a lot more under control. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
Really grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend them for emergency water damage restoration and basement flooding issues.

At almost midnight we realized our basement was completely flooded and needed an emergency water extraction service fast. I called a few places and either no one answered or I got an answering service that wasn’t much help.
When I called PuroClean of Fairfield, Francis actually picked up and said he could come out after making sure I understood any minimum charges for the after hours call.
