Dealing with service companies and service people can be very intimidating and stressful, but Menillo plumbing was incredibly customer centric and efficient. I called, and they politely responded with a clear and simple scope of the job and a fair, estimated cost. They were able to schedule the work in an unexpectedly short time, and a very polite service person arrived as scheduled, and everything went exactly as they informed me. Had sump pump problems and couldn’t rely on the contractor who did our basement . Called menillo and came out very next day and installed new pumps. The guys who installed them were professional and great. Will definitely use them again
