Had an odd pump out need at my house for a sump pump evac system that came with the house. Turns out i was misinformed by the sump pump company. The pump crew showed up same day, were super honest about the actual needs and maintenance of my system, gave me a full run down of (better than the sump pump company) and were a pleasure to work with.
Good service all the way. They answer the phone through a service but the main office gets back very quickly. Scheduled my septic to be pumped and they were here the next week. They arrived early - always appreciated. The job was handled efficiently and quickly and the driver was pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
Rotor Rooter told me that I needed my septic line replaced so I call Epifano and Sons for a second opinion. He was at my house right away and within five min diagnosed the problem, dug the tank, and cleared the blockage. Best decision I made all year!Service: Sewer repair
