We had the carpets in our new home cleaned before moving in. The sellers had a cat, and had done pretty well in cleaning up after it, as there wasn't any odor. But the professional cleaning Lavsecco gave shows the huge difference between household carpet cleaning and professional carpet cleaning. The combing/vacuuming before the cleaning almost filled the canister with dust, dirt, hair, and cat fur/dander! They treated the urine spots that were invisible to the naked eye. Anderson was wonderful! Very professional and responded quickly to my initial message! :) He scheduled a consultation and was able to fit me in before the furniture was delivered which was very helpful! We had a significant amount of pet urine stains on our basement carpet and he made them look brand new... he was kind, professional and knowledgeable and our carpets look brand new again!
