Al’s and E’s are absolutely the best! I have have used the service of Eric twice and each time was true professionalism! Eric made sure my carpets looked like new each time I used his services. Eric has been very honest and very fair with his services, not trying to rip anyone off but gives you his best! After several unsuccessful uses of carpet cleaning products and Kirby demos, I was really at my wit's end with my soiled living room Berber carpet ( juice spills, dirt from foot traffic etc...) which needed an extreme cleaning. I came across Al & E's Carpet on Groupon and it was THE BEST decision that I could have made. I was still thinking that it was going to be another disappointing outcome BUT I was sssooo wrong! They were very professional and accommodating to my schedule. Mr. Eric arrived 15 minutes early and he explained the process to me step by step and was very knowledgeable and thorough.
