I feel bad but I did not enjoy my first time unfortunately. I was doing the tour which cut my red light therapy short, then I did more tour which cut my sauna short, I got dressed and paid and it seemed high so I asked and I was charged for a cryo therapy which was fine but I would have walked out without having it. The woman said I could just come back and get it and she couldn’t refund my card so I got undressed again and just did it. It felt the opposite of relaxing so unfortunately I will not be returning but it could have been just a bad day, the concept is great.
5/7/2026-I would like to say that the manager reached out to me right away and rectified this situation. I was not expecting that and I do appreciate the customer service. I am adding 2 more stars because that goes above and beyond.

Excellent experience!! Just found them online, and have had 2 recent visits. The staff is unbelievably attentive in every way! The establishment is immaculate, staff is top notch!! My first time there, Jordan could not have been more helpful. Explained all the why’s and how’s!! Cannot wait to go back!!

I highly recommend iCRYO! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. Maggie, the nurse, went above and beyond to make sure I received the best treatments for how I was feeling. I left feeling so much better and truly cared for. Had an amazing experience at iCRYO. Chris made me feel incredibly welcome—calm, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. It was my first IV vitamin experience and he made it comfortable and seamless. Highly recommend!
