Delivered beautiful flowers on time as always. When I pointed out that I had requested a mixed color bouquet rather than a dozen red ones, they immediately sent a new delivery. Both bouquets had 13 flowers, one more than I ordered.

As I was not familiar with Fairfield, I certainly appreciated the assistance provided by the staff at Hansen’s. I called twice for information so I spoke with two different staff members both of whom gave me great information and were so friendly. I was able to purchase a lovely bouquet for my daughter-in-law and be assured that it would be delivered personally during this cold winters. Period if she was not at home, they would call her and determine a time when they could deliver the flowers safe safely. What more can I say? I will definitely choose Hansen’s again.
