Gaines installed a front portico and flat roof over my front door about 8 years ago. When the roof appeared to be leaking I had them come back last year to inspect and repair the flat roof. Since this roof is visible from my bedroom window and hallway large window it is important to have an esthetic result. The repair that was done was completely unsatisfactory! It may have been serviceable but it was sloppy and piece meal. When I complained Gaines was willing to repair the roof in a more satisfactory way, and it was my understanding that this would be done free of charge, as I was unsatisfied with the initial result.
