I have been training with Juan for almost 6 months and he is an outstanding instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable and breaks things down into basic physical movements so that they are easily understood and become your natural response. He not only teaches you critical self-defense but also focuses on overall mental and physical fitness, situational awareness and builds self-confidence. he is extremely attentive to all students to the point that we all feel we have his personal undivided attention. I highly recommend training with Juan. His classes are the high point of my week and I always walk out feeling great.

This is by far the best Krav school I’ve ever been to. I’ve learned so so much in just a month and it’s a great part of my routine now not just for the self defense education but also for fitness and conditioning. The instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced and gives a lot of individual attention. He always goes above and beyond and fosters a comfortable and convivial environment. They also offer special workshops that cover a wide range of situations and weapons which are not available at other schools. I highly highly recommend studying krav here with Juan

I took my Brownie troop to do a self-defense class here and Juan and his wife did a fantastic job giving the girls a basic knowledge of how to defend themselves in a bad situation. The girls were 8 and 9 and 1 month later, they are still talking about how much fun it was. Personally, as a mom, this is a hard topic to teach a child, but I also know how important it is and I am very happy my daughter was taught how to defend herself if she ever is in a situation that requires it.
