*Not based on hair service* - This is simply based on horrific lack of communication and bad customer service. I tried contacting Kat multiple times and never received a response regarding my appointment. I was looking forward to her style but having no response on messages, phone calls, voicemails, is extremely frustrating.

To make it short and to the point my biggest concern was to end up with a blonde beard and mustache and I got exactly that. I then call a couple days later to speak to my stylist Melissa and my call was immediately forwarded to voicemail. Soon after calling i start receiving text messages that she’s busy. I asked for a call back that never came.
