Dear Dr. Katz and staff, thank you for your support and kindness during my Caya’s end of life. Your compassion, attention to detail, on the hardest days, will not be forgotten. I am so sad to have lost my queen black panther goddess. I am comforted knowing in the end she was no longer in pain.
Dr. Katz and her staff helped our cat Bing who stopped eating for 3-4 days. He is terrified of anyone except his family and we are typically unable to successfully take him to any vet due to behavior. Dr. Katz and her team gave him so much grace. From the moment we walked in the environment was quiet and peaceful, the front staff was incredible, they handled Bing appropriately for his behavior and ensured his stress was minimized. Dr. Katz takes the time to explain the plan, answered all questions, and truly cares.
It was a little touch and go for a few days but with their guidance Bing is back to eating more and more each day and on the mend.

Dr. Katz is very knowledgeable and removed several of my cat’s teeth in December 2024. I was petrified to have my cat go under anesthesia. They called me once the procedure was over and called again a few days after to check in about how my cat was doing. Thank you so much Dr. Katz and your team!
