I decided to transfer care from Trinity Health to Starling for my migraines. It was highly recommended that I see Dr. Kathleen Abbott at one of the 3 locations. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment as quickly as they could. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with Lacey and Lana. The office was very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays.

Dr Abbott was very thorough, explained the procedure she was going to do and as it happened. As someone undergoing a nervous test for the first time, it eased my mind and made me at peace as she went through the test and preliminary results.
First time at this medical facility. Dr. Abbott was well informed regarding my medical issues. Employees at front desk kept chatting together even after we approached the front desk. Could have better customer service training.
