We had a fantastic experience working with Bill Arzt as the listing agent on a purchase. My client had some issues right off the bat that made the loan a little harder to pull together, but Bill kept a calm demeanor and worked with us to get to the closing table. Without his experience and helpful attitude I doubt this would have stayed together, but we ended up getting the loan done and closing earlier than the contract date. I hope I get to work across from Bill Arzt on another transaction in the future, I would recommend his servicers to anyone looking for a great realtor!

The two reviews from ashley & Gina are actually from a guy name chris from suffield who made an offer on one of my listings and was private messaging me on FB . by law I am not allowed to speak to him and told him to contact his agent directly with all questions. That's when we got the first review from (ashley little) The 2nd review from (Gina Vasquez) came right after I had to break the news to chris's agent that they were not successful on winning the bidding war on this property. it's a very competitive market with someone always left getting their heart broken. =)
