The staff, including Danielle and a helpful woman named Cheryl, are known for their friendly smiles and excellent customer service. Cheryl even went the extra mile to ensure a customer's glasses were approved by the parent company when the computer initially denied coverage. The lab is efficient, producing high-quality glasses in just 5-7 days. Kym and other customers are grateful for the outstanding service and cannot wait to return.
I saw Dr. Sabelli, highly recommended her. She explained my issues to me and listened to my concerns will be sending my whole family her way. All office staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around.
I had trouble finding a good eyeglasses cleaner because I have eye allergies, and harsh cleaners irritate my eyes. As I was in the area, I decided to see if Enfield Opticians sold glasses cleaner spray, but I was worried that they would be annoyed that I was coming in for something so minor. To my very pleasant surprise, the gentleman couldn't have been nicer if I was spending a thousand dollars. He actually went beyond what I expected, and solved my problem. I'm really impressed that he gave such great service when I wasn't spending much money, that is so rare these days. It proves that he truly cares about customers, and not just their wallets. He gave me a business card that said Peter, but I'm not sure if he was Peter or someone else. I was so shocked at how nice he was that I forgot to ask. To the person who helped me, thank you for such great service, and helping me get my glasses clean so I can see better!
You will not find a nicer optician than Peter. I have used him for many years and he becomes even more helpful the older we get. Highly recommended. Hope Rice
