We moved to Western Mass a few years ago and had moved often - including many varying experiences with dentists. My daughter was traumatized by one very bad experience (as was I!) but the brothers Zahner and their staff are so exceptional that she has said she’s glad we moved here so that we can have them as our dentists!We drive 30 minutes to go see them and it is completely worth the drive. Their staff is kind, the office is very clean and peaceful. The dentists bring a sense of calm with them and they’re very pleasant, peaceful, direct and loving. Best decision we ever made was to leave another local dentist's office and come to Zahner! The staff is super nice, and the offices and rooms are a 10/10 for layout and cleanliness. They work fast and efficiently, but don't make you feel like they are rushing you out of there (unlike some other medical offices)! 10/10 would recommend!

Prior to finding Zahner Dental, I had to be sedated to get any dental work done. I have sensory issues and the lights were too bright, the noise was too loud and when I’m anxious I get very cold and shaky. I explained this to Dr. Jonathan Zahner who went out of his way to patiently work with me on minimizing my anxiety and discomfort. We agreed to start with a crown on a tooth that already had a root canal. At my appointment his staff had a blanket, a pair of dark glasses, and a headset with music ready for me.
