Paul at New England Lean Consulting is second to none when it comes to practical lean implementation. With his production background he is no stranger to the reality of a production environment and what I would consider an expert on nuanced lean implementation.He's more than willing to help however needed and dove right in to help us streamline both our administrative and physical manufacturing process. Resulting in reduced time and stress of paperwork and product assembly time.Would recommend to anyone looking to improve how they do business.

We had Paul and his team come in to help us solve some delivery and throughput problems, and couldn't be happier with what they did! Not only did they help us solve a bunch of issues to help us get product through faster, but they uncovered (and helped fix!) a few other things that we didn't even know about!It was great having industry-experienced professionals here to help us. They literally rolled up their sleeves and helped us out on the shop floor - they didn't just talk at us in a conference room like some do. Highly recommend!
