If I could leave a -10 star review, I would. I’m an existing patient. Not new. So it shouldn’t be this hard. The only dr or person who was even remotely pleasant or helpful in this office left, not surprising considering who they were surrounded by. They are incredibly inflexible and unhelpful (front desk, back office, and drs), whether it’s a Portuguese man o war sting, or medication you’ve been on a majority of you life. There is also 0 empathy from front office. If empathy was expressed from anyone, this would be a different review. Actually caught her in a bold faced lie. If I could give a zero I would. Sabrina the secretary there is terrible. Not only did she deliberately withhold medical services from my wife but also violated hipaa laws on numerous occasions when my wife who was an MA went behind the desk to help her with medical paperwork because she couldn't do it. The woman is lazy, constantly hanging up on patients and consistently rude to patients. I am a two time veteran for the Marine Corps and Army. I do not recommend Veterans or spouses going here as they fail to issue prescriptions as well as proper billing. Probably because they refuse to fire Sabrina who is incompetent and clearly a violation of medical fair practice.... read full review

Dr Alfidi and her nurse assistant are excellent. She is super up to date on weight loss, healthy lifestyle and overall health.
Shes amazing and spends the time to listen. I would highly recommend her.
