Tom Blake was great. He inspected for us on short notice and did an incredibly thorough job - catching every big and little issue and teaching us about the Property as he went along. We have bought and sold many properties and have worked with inspectors in multiple states. Tom was outstanding. We highly recommend him.

Hire someone else! I can not express well enough the amount of emotional and financial stress that Tom Blake has caused us to endure. The purpose of a home inspector is to protect you from major structural issues and costly repairs that you do not have the expertise to identify. Tom missed 3 major issues with our home that have since been verified by multiple contractors and a structural engineer, all of whom made it clear that our inspector should have seen these obvious issues. If you want to protect your investment and purchase, hire someone who will point out these issues before you buy, do not use Blake Pre-Purchase Consultants.
