I enjoyed a career in NY as a carpenter for 16 yrs when I decided to relocate to Rhode Island in 2002.
Having spent so much time in the construction industry, I could identify quality homes. I didn’t have the time to build my own home, so I did my research on modular homes. I was very impressed with the quality of the Connecticut Valley model homes that I toured at their East Lyme location.
I worked with Connecticut Valley Homes to design the floor plan that my wife and I preferred, and with a few adjustments we were able to get our dream home.

We had a Ct Valley modular built over 20 years in Gales Ferry. It is built so well that even contractors have said so when they have come to do projects. My entire experience with Ct Valley has been only positive and I am always bragging how much I love my house. I think having the house built in a control environment also has been a factor. I did and still do think you would not regret using Ct Valley as your builder.
