“I went to imperial tattooing in the past and Joe owned it is now past he did all my tattoos Izzy took over he did a special tattoo that is a very special tattoo to me my dad died in October of 2021 I have a tattoo on my neck in memory of my father he's probably one of the best of my tattoos ever no it didn't hurt I have a very high pain tolerance I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart cuz every day I look at it it reminds me of my dad I am so thankful for you for putting such good work into my tattoo I'm looking forward to getting more tattoos from you I recommend him to anyone who wants to get a tattoo he is located on Campbell avenue in West Haven across the street from Biagetti's restaurant is a very very busy person so if he doesn't get back to you in time it's not that he's ignoring you you'd have to call and make an appointment thank you again from bottom of my heart I get so many compliments God bless ???“

“Got my ears pierced after many decades of walking around with one boring pair. Now I have three! I was so nervous despite being an old Gen X lady. Jose was so patient and gentle. He explained every step along the way and made sure I was comfortable with the process as we went along. It took no time to put in my studs (two in each lobe) and I am an official rude gyal!! OK not really but I am definitely feeling a little sassy and dangerous. I've been following his instructions for care and these babies are healing nicely. Who knows, I may get another set. We shall see.“

“Two of us went in as walk in customers. The employees were so very kind to us. The one who went first ended up feeling sick and almost passing out. Everyone was so wonderful. They kept checking on him . They fed him and gave him juices to drink. They kept him safe and comfortable. He was unable to finish his tattoo. The artist was so great with him. I had mine done and it came out perfectly. Due to the almost passing out, our time ran late, but everyone stayed a little over hours for us.
