My family member was cared for by April - a dedicated, outstanding and warm Synergy caregiver to him 3 days a week for several months. He was sharp , in his 60s , working from home but physically needed a helping hand around the house and a little stand by assist with his ADLs. Being super independent he was not feeling great about hiring an aide but April was kind and gentle and treated him with respect and dignity. The best part of synergy is that workers use GPS to clock in. We had two other agencies who would have my dad sign a paper on Monday and never show back up. This place gives me a feeling of some comfort and some piece. I now know they will be there when they are supposed to to be.

We used Synergy services for my dad last year. I would highly recommend them. I can’t say enough about the owners, Margaret and Gordon!!! They came out to my dad’s house to meet our family and made sure our needs were always met. The caregivers were professional, kind and compassionate. Margaret offered so much insight and compassion during such a difficult time in our lives. Her knowledge of the medical field was invaluable.
