“There were a couple times when they had forgotten something and I had to visit twice in the same day.

Once was when they had forgotten to give my dog one of her vaccines and asked me to come back in the same day and the second time they had forgotten to give me her prescription food. I had to leave work to come back both times before they closed.

Thankfully they understood the inconvenience and quickly handled the situation by waiving some fees.

“Adoption of my puppy Cowboy went through after we already had a vacation booked, we were so nervous as he is a young puppy still getting used to us, he had a marvelous time!
