Lou is a great guy. He's something of a throwback to an earlier time when repairmen actually returned your calls and took the time to speak with you in order to understand your problem--and then called you back to make sure everything was ok with the repair. I had a problem with a 17 year old Utica boiler that kept losing its pilot flame after 5-6 hours. I had replaced the thermocouple and cleaned the burner during the summer and the boiler had been working fine until the pilot began going out after 5-6 hours of heating. Lou and his helper did a great job. He was able to do the job with short notice. The water heater was beginning to leak so it was a matter if time before I had a bigger problem. Cleaned up after the install, took away old parts. Got back to me quickly with my questions. Thank you!
Lou installed a macerating toilet in our basement. He and his colleague did a fantastic job and were extremely efficient, very neat, and entirely professional. He even repaired a second running toilet for no extra charge. Would definitely rely on him for any plumbing needs!
