First, I'll share the ugly: the woman at the front desk in East Haven is one of the rudest people I've spoken to in a long time, and that says a lot! However, Eleanor, who answers the phones and helps with advisement, is AMAZING. When my first instructions on how to put contacts in weren't working for me, I spoke with Eleanor, who gave me some options. And boom, when I tried what she told me over the phone, I was able to pop contacts in easy breezy!

When you walk into Envision and meet the staff, you only then realize you are in the best possible office for care of your eyes. Dr. Diaz and her staff are so professional you will immediately feel like family. I have never had a doctor in my lifetime care so much for her patient. Dr. Diaz is the exception of health care. All doctors’ offices should have this organizations work ethic. Simply the best out there.
I have started back with my eye care here again. Recently though, I have had to leave voice-mails for my request for my eye scripts 2 times now. The first time was weeks ago! I figured id try again today. I really hope this time they do get my request. I've left them my email to send it to...left them my name and phone number. I love them thus far but I feel like the requests are lacking. Sorry, this is the only reason for my 4 star.
