During one of the most difficult weeks of our lives, East Haven Memorial was everything we needed. From the moment we called them, Joe and James met us with such genuine warmth, patience, and care, guiding us through every decision at exactly the right pace, especially in the moments when we simply were not able to think clearly on our own.
Planning a funeral while grieving is overwhelming, and they made it feel manageable. They were thoughtful, thorough, and never once made us feel rushed. Every detail was handled with professionalism and, more importantly, with heart.
