I had my first cataract surgery eight years ago with Dr. Solinsky. I came back to him again this year to correct the cataract in my other eye. Both then and now, it always strikes me how friendly and inclusive this practice is! The staff and patients both are largely from Hartford and West Hartford. Spanish-speaking patients find Spanish-speaking technicians and doctors. The staff reflects the rich cultural milieu of the community. And all staff members are knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. My Husband gets his treatment at the East Hartford Office. The receptionist with the curly hair checking you in is always a sweetheart and always has a smile. The receptionist checking you out is very kind, professional and always works with your schedule to find you a great appointment. The Drs and staff are super friendly and approachable to answer any of our questions or concerns. They take their time explaining everything and we feel heard and not rushed. We love this office. It's super clean, friendly and warm. Highly recommended.
My experience at the Rocky Hill Surgery Center with Dr. Alan Solinsky for my cataract removal: When you were young, and you went to a Summer Camp for a week, you met many new friends and made new friends. But sadly, at the end of the summer camp week, you had to say good bye to your new friends. That was how I felt when I left Dr. Alan Solinsky and his team. I give my Thank You to the Technicians, Nurses, Anesthesiologist and especially to Dr. Alan Solinsky for a wonderful Surgical experience.
