Great experience working with Charlie at CarpetWorks. Quickly responded to emails and questions even when he was not working, just awesome customer service. He was very professional and knowledgable. Installers were also very professional, clean and hardworking. Would recommend this company highly.
I had a friend refer Adam and CarpetWorks for a bedroom addition and staircase carpet job. Adam came out same day with same products and knowledge/recommendations on what to do. After choosing a product and getting it ordered, CarpetWorks came out the very next day to install. They were super respectful and did a great job. Adam's recommendation on color and texture, keeping in mind my price range, came together very well. I will be referring him to family/friends in the future!
Carpet Works sent out a great craftsman to fix an area of broken tile in my bathroom. He did the work efficiently and cleanly and the bill came in under the initial estimate. This was a big relief because I was not sure where to find someone to do this work. A friend recommended Carpet Works to me and I am happy to say it worked out great.
