I thought I left a review here... it was in January, we asked a quote for a septic inspection to SSS. I don't know about another branch (there's one in Canton) but Jeff came from East Hampton to Cheshire, the house we were gonna purchase. He came 20 mintues before we arrived, already in the middle of inspection. He couldn't proceed because there was a huge issue with the septic which he pointed it out and explained the detail. Then he didn't charge us the full amount because the inspection couldn't performed... I mean we ended up losing 1,000 bucks for the house but it would've been a lot worse if it was someone else and didn't do well and we bought the house. My wife and I really appreciated his service and honesty, and now I am about to contact SSS for our new house's septic cleaning. I was hesitating it may be too far but I'd rather have a business with SSS instead of anywhere else.

On thanksgiving our sewer backed up with an issue with the septic tank hours before guests were to arrive. Suburban sanitation and Juan were very responsive and knowledgeable. They saved our thanksgiving!!Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair

We've hired this company a few times now. We first hired them during our process of buying a foreclosure. And they've been back since. The first time, they were out to talk to us about where the septic should be placed and the size of it, the rep that they sent out was super knowledgeable. The second time was routine maintenance and this week we called because our washer drain was overflowing back into the house. I called at 7 PM to leave a message and that night one of their reps called me back to talk about a schedule and to see if this was an emergency because they didn't want to leave us hanging. I got a call first thing this morning about when they can arrive and what my thoughts were and they were super transparent on the price. Sidenote, in the last six years their price has also not gone up for septic pumping which I think is important with inflation and everything going on. Overall- really great service. Super responsible. Will continue to use!

I called Suburban early Saturday AM. The response back was quick and I received a call from Juan, the technician on call, from the Canton division. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was more than willing to come out later in the afternoon after the 3 calls before me. I would have used this company without hesitation but fortunately I was able to get a more local company (closer to East Haddam) to come sooner. When I called Juan back to let him know I was going with the other company because of time, he was very nice and graciously offered for me to contact him again if the job wasn't able to be completed by the alternative company!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

We've used Suburban twice now to pump our septic tank. We got the same tech both times and he's great! He's friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me quite a bit about our tank and how to best manage it as a much older system. I really appreciate him taking the time to review things with me.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. What sets them apart is their superb customer service. The person who answers the phone is exceptional. She is always pleasant, answers all questions and concerns completely and promptly, and is willing to go the extra mile to help her customers. I've used SSS for the past 11 years and will continue using them in the future.
