I mentioned that my skin is on the sensitive side and she paid close attention to the temperature of the wax and soothed the skin throughout the process to minimize the discomfort. “The ladies in the shop are lovely! I do miss the little pupper running around, but I like the new owners. My main issue is the brand of polish. The gel mani is a different brand. By day 3, I had a small chip. By day 5, 4 of my fingers already have polish chipped off. With OPI - I typically make it a full week before the gel will chip or lift. I will go back again, because they were so sweet and did such a great job, but set my expectations that the mani will not hold up for more than 1 week“
