“My wife has been asking me for 25 years to go have a manicure with her. Tonight she took me out for a "surprise" night out. I was thinking dinner and movie. We ended up at Noelle Nail Spa. Had my first Pedicure (Reflexology) and have to say, I'd gladly go back with her again. 40 mins of massaging, hot towels, hot rocks, etc...
