I spoke with Casey Mrozek, he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and charismatic, and is a top tier salesman. While I have no interest in the product, Casey made a frankly admirable pitch, and was honest and transparent throughout. I wish Casey luck with his future endeavors, but less so for Momentum.

I had a very disappointing experience with Momentum Solar.
After a discussion with both the sales representative and their manager agreed on a price for my solar project. We were ready to move forward, but due to technical issues on Momentum Solar's side, they were unable to generate or finalize the contract for me to sign that day.
The next morning, instead of honoring the agreed-upon pricing, they came back with a new offer that was approximately 50% more expensive. Nothing had changed about my home, the system, or the project requirements. The only thing that changed was the price.
This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. We had a verbal agreement, and I invested my time in the process based on the understanding that the quoted price was legitimate. Raising the price so dramatically after an agreement was reached completely destroyed my trust in the company.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should stand behind the pricing offered by its sales team and management, especially when the customer was unable to sign solely because of the company's own technical issues.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and being extremely cautious before committing to Momentum Solar.
