Seriously do NOT recommend All About Kids pediatric dentist, so terrible at keeping appointments on time no matter what you are scheduled for. The doctors and techs rush you because they ‘run’ behind aka way over scheduled to the point you wait an hour after your scheduled appointment

We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office! The entire staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. The assistant Crystal, did an amazing job keeping my child calm and comfortable while they were getting a filling. Which made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Brought my young one here earlier and she was quite nervous but Crystal made a connection with her and made her feel included the entire time while getting her cleaning.

My 4 yr old daughter was really nervous about having her teeth cleaned so they were extra gentle and even made her a pink balloon dog.

It appears that after a management change there is a decrease in quality. Going to a pediatric office you expect them to be efficient and respectful of your time and your child’s attention span. They are extremely overbooked and after seeing people wait 30 minutes to an hour past their wait time I heard multiple employees state how they’re always working short. They are so overbooked that they can’t keep up with proper cleaning or actually being focused on your child during the appointment because they are so rushed. They also recommended treatment for my child and when I went for 2 second opinions both drs disagreed that their recommendation was not the recommended treatment. All of these recent 1 star reviews and unhappy customers speaks volumes!!

Great experience with all of my kids here. Kind, child friendly/oriented, take there time, answers all questions and if not give you someone to call at their other office that's knows your specific needs.

Where to begin..we had an appointment scheduled for 11 am, we weren't called in until 11:45 am. While in the waiting room (there were almost no seats available) my husband killed about 5 big carpenter ants. They were on the walls, window and floor. The staff at the front seemed to be clueless of the fact that my husband received a text while we were sitting in the waiting room saying our appointment was changed to 12:00. She couldn't give an explanation to why he recieved that. When we finally made it into the exam area and then still had to wait for another 30 mins. Once again, while in the exam area, my husband killed 2 more carpenter ants. Anyone who has a 4 year old knows that this is a struggle in itself...My husband had to find the hygienist and almost begged her to come over and do the fastest cleaning ever. Our son cried almost the entire time and there was no other assistant to help. The only thank you goes to the hygienist who answered our request for help.

I used to like this dental office, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The dental hygienists have become increasingly unprofessional in the way they speak to patients and families. During visits, comments about patients’ oral hygiene were made loudly enough for others in the office to hear, which was embarrassing and concerning.
As someone who works in public health serving a low-income community, I understand the importance of treating every patient with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. Not every family comes from the same background, and education about dental hygiene should be provided in a supportive and respectful manner—not through public criticism.
The behavior I witnessed has made me question whether patient privacy and confidentiality are being taken seriously. I would not recommend this location until staff receive additional training on professionalism, patient communication, and respectful dental education.

My son had a Dr. Appointment at 330pm. I arrived early at 315. We were called to do x rays about 345 then had to go back to the waiting room. Around 4pm we were called to the teeth cleaning station and waited another 35 minutes. We did not leave until 445.
