The experience with The True was amazing ! So many things I can said but would take me a very long time to write all of them ! To start the place is beautiful, colorful and bring joy just to look it ! Alexandra have the most warming and friendly smile that you ever will see ! Couching with her felt like you can put your thoughts together in a way that you couldn’t if you are overwhelmed or confuse ! She never told me what to do, but she definitely help find my way back to self love and self care , doing it I was able to find my way back to whom I really am !

My visit to The True 180 was an exceptional experience. The self-care assessment/conversation was thorough and presented the opportunity for me to recharge in some areas. Alix presents herself as an experienced and knowledgeable professional and her massage follows through. She reads your body through massage, for a thorough, relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
