A really positive experience. The owner whose name is Edward, came out and repaired my computer and even explained how I can keep my computer and data safe. He even happily answered my tech questions on a later date. I kept his card and will call again. and I highly recommend.

It would be difficult to find anyone with Edwards high level of knowledge and willingness at a fair price to help anywhere else. Great that ProActive is right here in Killingly, CT

Edward is honest and extremally knowledgeable on most technology and if something is outside of his realm of knowledge or expertise he will tell you right away. He got our internet going in no time.
