A really positive experience. The owner whose name is Edward, came out and repaired my computer and even explained how I can keep my computer and data safe. He even happily answered my tech questions on a later date. I kept his card and will call again. and I highly recommend.

Edward is honest and extremally knowledgeable on most technology and if something is outside of his realm of knowledge or expertise he will tell you right away. He got our internet going in no time.

This is my first interaction with this firm. Ed, the owner, seems to be competent. We got part of my issues resolved this morning; he's coming to resolve other issues later on. I will update later. Update: The issues that I had asked him to help with, required a second visit to his shop. He did fix them without extra charge
