Needed to repair a screen for Iphone 10. Called the store and made an appointment with Stephanie. I was concerned on time since I was going on my lunch break but Stephanie processed my transaction and repaired not only the screen but replaced the battery with more than enough time for me to get back to the office. Thanks Stephanie for being so friendly and straight forward.
The environment was very welcoming. The manager was willing to help and answer any questions related to technology. Very kind and professional. I purchased a phone case and screen protector.
Stephanie had great customer service, understood my needs. And Jaime was a great technician, and explained the issues with my computer and what he did to fix it.I would HIGHLY recommend to visit them for all tech issues.
