Jared did a great job of getting our house sold on short notice! He was recommended to us by friends, and turned out to be a really solid recommendation. He treated us with respect and made sure we were able to meet all our deadlines. I like that he took the pictures for the listing himself. He made the house look good, without it looking fake. 5/5, would recommend.
From the get go, Jared provided us with knowledgeable information/packet on the journey we were about to embark on.Provided roadmap starting with first thing first.He is very straightforward and extremely responsive to us.He provided sound counsel when our emotions were blinding us.Jared said, “I will do what you want but I just want you to know this ‘XYZ’ you received is incorrect”Guess what, he was RIGHT!!!He celebrated each milestone and remind us of the next by asking if we had someone to do that or if we needed a referral. Jared handled the sale of my father's house quickly, efficiently and professionally. It sold for more than the asking price, due to his sage advice about the multiple offers we received. Great communication as he helped us navigate all the way through the process. Jared is very knowledgeable, and I would use his services again in a New York minute!
