As soon as I enter, I was welcomed with a warm smile. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dry clean quality is excellent and they keep every one of my comments in mind. They cleaned them right in time as promised. Very reasonable pricing as well. Deserves super 5 stars.
Really great prices, service and Mr. Lee is just great, has a great sense of humor. I've had several bad experiences with dry cleaners but this place after dropping off a few items that I was a bit worried about trying new dry cleaners and trusting them with a few designer things but they came back almost as new. I love when they put some cushion on the hangers and place paper in between the clothes. Again, prices are good and the attention is great!
I went to Jem Lee (recommended by several coworkers) multiple times a week for years when I worked around the corner. Everything was always ready on time (or even earlier than expected) and impeccable upon receipt. When I needed things fixed they did an excellent job. Everyone there is also incredibly kind and caring. Their service is exemplary and I cannot reccomend them enough. Thank you so much for everything! I will be hard pressed to find another place of this caliber upon my move, you will be missed!
