Disappointed is an understatement. John came to give an estimate and said he would come back Thursday or Monday to clean my mother's yard and offered a senior discount. After two calls on Monday he never responded. The absolute LEAST I would expect is a returned phone call to say he could not take this job so we could find someone else. I would say find another company of you are considered J&J.
