Caregivers like Staci-ann, Precious, and Maya were praised for their compassion, gentle approach, and dedication, even managing the home with utmost respect. I can't say enough good things from when they recently helped out my dad & mom. There are many things you want from a group like this. Good communications, good caring, punctual staff, flexibility, skills and knowledge, as well as fair pricing. I've had experience with more than one group at this point, and they have all been good. Synergy wasn't good, they were great. First and foremost Peter C. communicates so well, and always makes himself available, even for in person visits. He is clearly knowledgeable and compassionate. Then the staff made available to us, could not have been more flexible, helpful and skilled. The first time ever I had a caretaker call me in advance, so they could better understand and be prepared, so as to be the most helpful possible. Plus they insisted on arriving early to be there for the transition to home, even if it meant waiting a bit outside in their car. No doubt my family had a complicated situation, children trying our best help our parents, across three states and four cities. Peter and his team relieved us of so much stress, unimaginably well, stepping up and over all the challenges we presented them. I haven't even gotten into how great the connection with Veterans Aid & Attendance was. We're still trying to work out details there to see if that's a fit, but it saved a great deal of time and effort to have those connections and that knowledge just handed to us. Regardless of that, the support and caring, compassion and integrity, were from Synergy Homecare in Danbury CT the best I could have hoped for, even down to expense. I would recommend them to anybody without reservation.
